Next Player Agency
Career management of professional football players and young talents

We are a agency for young players in formation, and also for confirmed professional players, based in Switzerland (Zurich).

Our priority is to discover young talents and to guide them throughout their career. From past experience, we know that talent alone is usually not enough to reach the highest level. The choice of career, lifestyle, environment, physical and mental health are all determining factors. This is precisely where we are involved, providing our “know-how” to optimise the chances of success of our players and to promote their good performance.

We are also active in scouting for clubs wishing to strengthen their squad.

For us, football is passion and we want to be part of it.

Team

Our agency currently consists of four people who are passionate about the game of football. We work hand in hand with our player for all our mandates. Our team complements the rest in many ways:

Mylord Kasai

Formed at Neuchâtel Xamax, then at FC Lausanne-Sport after a stint at FC Sion, Mylord went on to play for a numbers of clubs: Celtic FC (U20) in Scotland, Blackburn Rovers (U21) in England, and Deportivo La Coruna (B) in Spain.

“With my background of working with several clubs and agencies – sometimes at my own expense – I now put my knowledge and expertise at the service of our players by supporting and advising them to avoid all possible pitfalls”.

Jonathan Lauper

With an international diploma as a football intermediary (FIFA agent), which has enabled him to acquire the knowledge and ability to practice in all aspects of football agenting around the world, Jonathan has an extensive network in Brazil.

“I have learned the tricks of the trade by working for many years with young talents from Brazil – my country of origin – and I make my knowledge and network available to each of our clients “.

Patrick Loosa

With a degree in Swiss law from the universities of Neuchâtel and Bern, Patrick supports our clients in all legal matters. He also ensures that the rights of each of our players are guaranteed during their career, by negotiating and examining employment contracts (submitted by the various clubs), sponsorship contracts, endorsement agreements and image rights agreements.

“By deciding to defend the interests of professional players and to ensure that their rights are respected throughout their career, I was able to link my two passions – football and law – to make it my profession”.

Karim Seddiq

Karim started his career with Neuchâtel Xamax, before gaining experience in Spain and Morocco. He has 12 caps for the Swiss national futsal team and has won two national championship titles. With his long commitment to the sport, he has gained valuable experience working with leading clubs in Switzerland and Africa.
