Parents
The parents of young players play a vital role in the development of their children. We consider the parents as partners with who we will work to ensure the success of their child. In order to do this, it is essential to form a relationship with parents and consult with each other to understand the mutual expectations of each party. It is essential to take the time to establish a rigorous career plan, in order to find the path and strategy that will allow the player to reach the set objectives.
Football has become a very competitive sport and as a result throughout his training, the player will be confronted with countless difficulties. Our mission is to create the best possible conditions for them to overcome these difficulties and reach their highest level.
To achieve this, we strive to
- provide moral support to our players by building close and personal relationships with them
- give them advice and insight;
- make them aware of pitfalls and mistakes to be avoided;
- identify the player’s weak points and work on strengthening them;
- ensure that they are not distracted, discouraged or diverted from their goals;
- defend their interests.
This is a long-term process which requires time and effort on both sides. We are convinced that it is only by creating a favourable framework for their development that each of our players will eventually be able to join the best European leagues.
